Wanted 2/3 bed family home in Totterdown, Upper Knowle, Victoria Park, Arnos Vale, Redcatch Park, Windmill Hill areas. We're a family of 4 with 2 kids at Hillcrest Primary School and have lived in Totterdown for the past 7 years. Our current landlord is looking to sell the property within the next few months and we need to find similar suitable rented accommodation in the areas mentioned above. We're looking for LONG TERM, stable, unfurnished accommodation. We're flexible with moving in dates but do need to give 1 month's notice. Our ideal home would be - 2/3 bedrooms - at least 2 double bedrooms and a home office area/room, unfurnished, preferably a period property with a good standard of neutral decor, period features (stripped floors, fireplace/wood burner etc), spacious living areas with a decent kitchen/dining area and ideally a garden/outside area. In return we can offer - An excellent reference from our current landlord. Hassle free, friendly tenants who'd be looking for a good tenant/landlord relationship. We're a reliable family who've always paid the rent in full and on time and we have a healthy budget for the right place. We're also happy to do odd jobs and any redecorating ourselves as and when needed, and would ensure the property was well maintained.
