2003 BMW 330d M Sport Touring Auto For Sale in Totterdown, Gloucestershire for sale

Cars

Welcome to the ad for my BMW 330d M Sport Touring Auto which, due to changing circumstances, is regrettably up for sale. I've owned it for just over a year covering approximately 5000 miles in that time, using it for commuting for the first 3 months before becoming self-employed and working from home. Since then it’s barely been used once a week. It’s currently on 164K miles. It has a stamped service history book up to 162K miles (see pics) & I have copies of the last 10 MOTs. The car comes with 10 months MOT (@164K miles) and was serviced in August 2017 – it has travelled approximately 2000 miles since. The car also comes with a pile of receipts for servicing carried out over the last 10 or so years. These are this car’s good bits: • Air conditioning nice and cold • Good service history • Full service 2000 miles ago in July 2017 at local BMW specialist • 10 months MOT - failed on braking force - resolved with receipt for work carried out • Recent machine polish on bodywork – paintwork looks sunning in the sun as the photos show • Eibach black lowering springs – approximately 10mm lower than standard M Sport height. The most comfortable lowered car I’ve owned • Bi-xenon headlights (one of the best options on these cars in my opinion) • Auto lights and wipers • New tyres on rear - value brand, good tread on fronts - Continentals • Swirl flaps removal • EGR delete • Tinted rear windows • Resprayed wheels dark grey and really compliment the colour of the car Every car has them and these are this car's not so good bits: • Rust on front wings, a common issue on these cars • Rear heated screen works but slow to clear • Reverse sensors temperamental – work majority of times • A dull squeak when braking, just before the point of coming to a halt. And then when releasing. Does not affect the breaking performance at all but would rather mention it. • Minor coolant leak. A coolant pipe and clip were replaced within the last 12 months. It's well documented that the coolant systems on the e46 3 series are fragile - may well be just be another pipe and clip that needs replacing. • Sunglasses holder in the centre of the dash is missing Despite any of the short comings mentioned, it’s a hugely capable car for the money that still scrubs up very well and with a bit of extra time and money could be top notch. Lack of time running a business, being a new dad and my missus not exactly enthusiastic about driving a 'big, low car', mean she needs reluctantly, to be passed on to a new owner. I couldn’t ask the £5000+ that top notch examples go for, but at £1950 I think this represents great value for money.
