The rent is £415pcm which includes a cleaner, water, broadband, TV license, Virgin Media TV and Council Tax but does not include gas or electric (about £8 for the summer months and £20/£25 for the winter months) The move in date is flexible and there is no minimum term. The house is situated a stones throw away from Victoria Park and has amazing views all over Bristol. It's a 10 minute walk from Temple Meads and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. There are some great local pubs and restaurants nearby also. Now a bit about us.... we are into the outdoors, be it camping, surfing, climbing, running, hiking etc, we also love the other extreme of spending many an hour in the pub, going to watch gigs or having a night in with a bottle or two of wine/beer :-) We are therefore looking for someone likeminded who is sociable, easygoing and who will make the house their home.
