Small double room with own bathroom - available from October. in Totterdown, Gloucestershire for sale

Hey, I currently live in the room but will be moving out in October and looking for someone who would be interested in replacing my tenancy. The room is relatively small but in very good standard, furnished with a wardrobe, double bed (not in the pics), chest of drawers and landlords are happy to provide a TV. The biggest advantage of this place is that all the rooms are ensuite so you will never need to fight about shower! Additionally, room is very cosy and warm making it a perfect place for winter. The only shared area in the house are kitchen, utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a small patio outside if you are a fan of barbecue. I lived in a few places and so far can say that these are the best landlords I've ever had (living out but are very helpful if there's a problem). It takes about 10 minutes to get to Temple Meads on foot or about 25 to walk to Cabot Circus. It's a perfect place if you work somewhere in the City Centre or are fancy to go out. Rent includes all the bills: council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband. Deposit is returnable at the end of tenancy and is an equivalent of one rent (£545).
