2006 VW Transporter T5 Camper / Day Van - Shuttle LWB 6 seats in Totterdown, Gloucestershire for sale

We bought this van as a first camper but have enjoyed it so much we are now buying a bigger, full on camper. It’s a brilliant drive, especially on motorways where the 6 speed Tiptronic auto box and 130bhp make cruising very comfortable. Sliding doors on both sides make access easy. I built a prototype kitchen pod which works well (can be removed in minutes) and can be accessed from both sides. The tailgate is the preferred option as if forms a roof in bad weather. The long wheel base makes it surprisingly roomy and gives you space for a full size bed as well as the kitchen pod. The rear seats fold down to form a full width bed incorporating the rear parcel shelf which MAD workshop in Bristol fitted As it was originally a Shuttle it has Aircon and internal lights and factory insulation and colour coded Dragon Green. Windows all round. There is a roof rack and C rail on the roof to allow a driveaway awning to be fitted and there are all the fittings for a detachable towbar (there is no actual towbar) MoT from Feb, 129000 miles, new VW radiator, rear shocks and springs, rear discs, pads and callipers, new exhaust. Bad bits – rust along the bottom of the doors and on the cills. It’s nothing structural and it was my next job to get done if we kept her. There is a dent in the passenger side sliding door (see pics), driver’s seat cover is torn and needs repair, She’s been a family van and so shows wear and tear inside. It’s done nearly 130k and is 9 years old so there are marks, rust and bumps accordingly.
